Holme House Farm – Kendal

Holme House Farm is a Scandinavian-inspired family home built to exceptional energy-efficiency standards in the rural outskirts of Kendal. Designed around natural light, sustainable materials and passive-house-level insulation, the project demanded meticulous attention to airtightness and build detail. Working closely with Rocket Architects and Eden Timber Frame, we delivered a structure that combines contemporary design with outstanding thermal performance, confirmed by an impressive air permeability rating of 0.42 m³/hm².

Throughout the build, we maintained clear communication, supported key decisions, and ensured the process remained smooth and stress-free. The result is a warm, beautifully detailed home suited to modern family life in the South Lakes.
